Arrow Retail Value Added Fund, L.P. (the "Fund") is a real estate fund dedicated to making investments in retail real estate in the United States by leveraging the experience, market knowledge, and relationships of over 200 retail real estate professionals in 19 offices across the country. The Fund will acquire retail assets at risk-adjusted cost from either the secondary debt or open markets, utilizing its network and resources to uncover off-market opportunities and create value in the assets it purchases using these proprietary relationships.
Entering at favorable pricing, these acquisitions will typically involve assets that exhibit management or operational challenges, require physical improvements, and/or demand significant capital infusions. Arrow can reposition or redevelop the properties leveraging its affiliated companies as strategic partners. These projects can involve re-tenanting, changes of use, or repositioning / redevelopment. Target assets will typically offer some in-place income to support the repositioning process.
