TODD MINNIS
Chief Executive Officer
Todd oversees Arrow Retail's investment and fund management activities. As CEO, he is responsible for creating the company's overall direction and engaging strategic relationships with investors and partners to ensure Arrow's long-term success.
Before starting Arrow Retail, Todd worked as the Director of Acquisitions for Cypress Equities from 2003 to 2008. Todd assisted in the management of a broad array of Cypress Equities' investment activities. In addition, he was involved in the management of Cypress’ retail development platform and coordinated Cypress' acquisition fund and new ventures.
From 2003 to 2006 Todd managed a joint venture between iStar Financial (NYSE: SFI) and Cypress Equities called AutoStar. AutoStar provided financing and sale leaseback proceeds to automotive dealers totaling more than USD 1.3 billion. Cypress sold its interest in AutoStar to iStar in late 2006.
Prior to Cypress, Todd jointly managed Staubach Investment Sales after spending 8 years as a retail broker with Staubach Retail, where he was consistently one of the top retail brokers managing expansion for retail clients across the country.
