MARK MILLER
Director of Operations
Mark is responsible for executing acquisitions and dispositions transactions for Arrow Retail. He pulls from his acquisitions and asset management experience to thoroughly analyze projected property value, negotiate purchase contracts, and transition acquired properties to Arrow’s asset management team.
During his five years at Cypress Equities, Mark executed transactions for Cypress' acquisition and disposition division, including the sale of assets nearing completion in a retail and mixed-use development pipeline that exceeded USD 2 billion. Mark also reviewed all potential acquisitions of stabilized centers and redevelopment opportunities for Cypress' acquisition group and assisted in the asset management of regional malls and community centers.
After stints in brokerage and asset management, Mark spent four years underwriting note and REO acquisitions for two of the largest distressed asset investors in the United States – FirstCity Financial and Lone Star Funds – before joining the Cypress team.
