JEFF PLAUCHÉ
Director of Asset Management
Jeff oversees the leasing, construction, and property management activities in Arrow Retail’s portfolio. Jeff leverages his extensive leasing experience to direct the third-party leasing and management companies assigned to each property. He is also responsible for fostering tenant relationships and monitoring overall asset performance.
Prior to joining the Arrow team, Jeff spent 12 years with RREEF as Director of Leasing, where he was responsible for RREEF’s retail assets throughout the Midwest and Southeast United States. He also spent time with Cencor Realty Services and Staubach Retail Services, serving as Vice President of Asset Management and Vice President of Dispositions, respectively.
