STEPHEN SATTERFIELD
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen is responsible for investor relations and the overall operations of Arrow Retail. He assists in the underwriting, deal structure, and execution for each acquisition and manages Arrow’s relationships with lending institutions.
Prior to Joining Arrow Retail Stephen Satterfield was in charge of special situations real estate investments for RQSI – a multi-strategy investment management company with USD 1.8 billion under management. Prior to that, he was managing director at Everbright Ashmore Real Estate Fund where his primary responsibilities were operations, marketing, and fund raising. He was formerly with an RQSI affiliate, where he was responsible for real estate portfolio management, sales and acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, and overall portfolio performance.
