Hunter Simon
Director of Investments
Hunter leads the financial underwriting and review of Arrow Retail's portfolio investments. Working with the acquisitions team to analyze potential opportunities, Hunter directs the acquisition group’s focus and manages the development of asset cash flow models.
Hunter was previously a Development Manager for Cypress Equities, where he managed the implementation and coordination of the development process for a variety of projects. Prior to joining Cypress, Hunter worked for IHP Capital Partners, a USD 1.5 billion residential real estate fund, and Simon Ventures, a private equity firm whose portfolio included commercial and residential real estate holdings. While with these firms he specialized in investment analysis and asset management.
