DANIEL C. SLATTERY

Dan leverages over 25 years of retail development and leasing experience to oversee Arrow Retail's acquisitions team. Dan utilizes his extensive retail tenant knowledge to prequalify potential acquisitions and to implement property redevelopment or value enhancement plans.
Prior to joining Arrow in 2009, Dan was Executive Vice President for Kimco Developers, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kimco Realty Corporation. Dan was responsible for all aspects of the development process including land acquisition, joint venture relationships, approvals, leasing, and property disposition. During his 13 years at Kimco, he managed/directed the national retail development team which built over 20 million square feet across nearly 60 projects. Prior to joining Kimco, Dan was Director of Development for Homart Development Company, focusing on retail development, after working with Opus Corporation as a Construction Project Manager.
